Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. Use this form to request the deletion of your BeSpoke account and all associated data. This applies to both the BeSpoke Admin and BeSpoke customer apps.

📱 Delete Directly in the App

You can now delete your account directly in the BeSpoke app. Go to Profile → Delete Account. It's instant and doesn't require a manual review.

What Gets Deleted

Your user profile and authentication credentials
Order history and associated records
Saved body measurements
Payment records and transaction history
Photos and uploaded media
Notification preferences and app settings

⚠️ Important

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered. If you have active orders, please resolve them before requesting deletion.

Processing Timeline

Request Received We'll send a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Verification (1-3 days) We verify your identity to protect against unauthorized requests.

Data Deletion (up to 30 days) All personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

Confirmation We'll send a final confirmation once deletion is complete.
